Acrobat PDFMaker Bug: Bookmarks tab

The styles used are in the lower half of the alphabet. The choices in the Bookmarks tab only includes the first "n" style, making it impossible to select the correct styles to be in the bookmarks.

Yes, I will report it as a bug. But does anyone have a workaround or fix for this new bug?
