Suddenly today I had the following issue :

If I ask Bridge to open a JPEG file in Photoshop by double clicking, happens as follows :

1 ) The file opens in camera raw (in Photoshop ) .

2 ) that's o.k. but if  I ask camera raw to open file ( in Photoshop ) Photoshop get down ( closed) and Bridge goes in crash

If I use in Bridge the command " open file with Photoshop " the file opens directly in Photoshop ( not in camera Raw ) as usual

Could someone help me to solve this issue ?

Thank you very much

Try going into Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw and deselect this option if it's enabled

Hi Ged

Actually you are right. That's all o.k. now

Does it mean my graphic card is poor and I should change it by a new one?

Thank you

Guido

Hi Guido

You don't really need to have that option enabled in Camera Raw preferences as it doesn't serve any purpose that I'm aware of although I could be wrong

If your GPU is running without issue in Photoshop then you should be fine.
