How to reconfigure "fill and sign" and "place signature" with my cursive signature?

How do I change the "fill and sign" function so that "place signature" puts my cursive signature on the document?  Right now it puts my printed name and a certification onto the document

You can add a new appearance to your signature profile that contains an image with your "wet" signature.

Click to sign the document and select the profile you want to use. Then click the Appearance drop-down and select "Create new appearance...". Under title enter something like "Hand-written signature" and then change the "Show" option to "Imported Graphic", and click the "File..." button to select the image of your signature. Set the rest of the settings and you're done:

Once you use it it will become the new default when you use that profile.
