I'm using multiple Adobe Stock images, in various sizes, in eLearning courses. Can I put a CREDITS section in the course where i say something like this:

ADOBE STOCK CREDIT

Photographs & images are protected by copyright law. Resale or use of any images used in this e-Learning course is prohibited.

Images © / Adobe Stock

Do I have to list each photographers name?

You mentioned in one of your earlier replies "Most books do not require a photo credit per the license agreement" does the same apply to e-Learning courses?

Thanks

Gary

Hi Gary,

As per my understanding, you can include the credits in a separate section.

However, if the file is used unmodified then you can add the credit on the image itself.

Sheena
