    Flex / Drupal question

Hiya! I would describe myself as somewhat of a novice here, but hopefully someone can help me, or at least point me in the right direction.

I've got a client who intends to use Flex to present their website, with a Drupal backend. Flex brings in the contents of a node's body text and displays it as htmlText in a textArea box; works fine. The navigation bar is part of the Flex application (the viewer never actually sees the Drupal portion) and triggers an animation when clicked. The desired effect is that one page "slides" away while another slides in. That also works fine. The problem arises when the body text contains a link to another page in the site; the user is directed to the drupal page.

The question, then: Is there a way to have Flex take the incoming <a href="www.mysite.com/page2"> and instead of directing the user to that page once clicked, initiate a function like "node.load(page2)"? Or, is there some other possible route?

Any advice at all would be most helpful. Thanks!
