Hi Loretta
Can you describe in more detail what you mean by 'Same Photo'? Do you mean to have different sizes of an image?
If yes, start with the full resolution image, and save it as your master. Then resize, and save with different file names.
If you have a lot of images to resize, then use Bridge > Tools > Photoshop > Image Processor
You need to select all the files in Bridge before doing this.
The settings I have used below will size the longest side to 1500 pixels. This is useful if you have a mix of landscape and portrait mode images. You can also run an action on each image, which you will obviously need to set up first.

Hi
You can resize photographs in menu Image >Image Size or in Export > Export As or Export Save for Web. Which is the most appropriate depends on what you are resizing for (e.g. large prints, small prints, web use etc)
One principle holds throughout though. Always keep a master, non-resized, copy of your image and use that to start any resizing. That way you don't built up cumulative artifacts if your produce multiple sizes from the same starting image.
Please be more specific about what you are trying to do and we can try and help you further
