We have multiple machines with Adobe Acrobat X Pro 10.1.16 loaded. Both workstations Windows 7 and terminal server (Server 2008 r2) On all machines we are having an intermittent issue with performing a save as function after combining multiple files. We can zoom the document down to 1% and perform a save as however the document then cannot be printed. Anyone else have this similar issue?
We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are getting an error message with Acrobat Pro x while saving a PDF or Printing to PDF, Is that correct?
Please check for any pending updates of Acrobat from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after installing the updates and see if this brings any difference.
Try resetting the preferences of Acrobat, to reset the preferences, refer to How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.
You can also refer and try the suggestions from the following Adobe article Error Insufficient Data For An Image in Acrobat or Reader versions 9.5.2 or 10.1.4
Note: Acrobat 10 is already declared as an End of support product, so above suggestion may or may not work. End of Support means that Adobe no longer provides technical support or distributes runtimes. This policy affects product and security updates for all derivatives of a product or product version (localized versions, minor upgrades, operating systems, dot and double-dot releases, and connector products). For detailed information refer to End of support for Acrobat X and Reader X
