    Permalinks and linking to Themes

One of the most common criticisms of Flash is that it breaks the web by not being linkable. I know there are many ways to avoid this pitfall but wouldn't it be nice if Adobe's own apps set a good example? The first thing I wanted to do with Kuler was send a link to a colour scheme to someone and even though the permalink is available it's rather hidden away and I'd nearly given up before I found it. Couldn't the address bar update the way one would expect? Or at least make it non-hidden. Google Maps is a good example of the least-worst way to do this if you're not going to do it properly ;-)

(PS Just tried it and the current permalink feature doesn't actually work!)
