We're sorry to hear about the "Quick Export as PNG" not working, could you please let us know which exact version of Photoshop you're working on? (You can find that out by going to Help > System Info).
Also, which operating system you're using?

Thanks for providing the information, could you please try updating Photoshop to version 19.1.3 via the Creative Cloud app and see if it helps?
If you do not see the update then please try signing out and signing back into the Creative Cloud app and click on the 3 dots on the top right corner and choose "Check for updates".
I am having the exact same problem in ver 19.1.3 as of today, 5/14/2018.

I'm having the same problem right now. So I installed the CC updates to get new version 19.1.4, and it is still happening after the update.
When I click on Export>Quick Export as PNG, nothing happens.
Update: So I restarted Photoshop and it started working again, but after editing some text, it stopped working again.

quick export not opening at all and export as timing out.
Hi, I don't seem to have any particular cause? It's working again for the moment but I haven't done anything to troubleshoot except for open and close the program several times. This doesn't reliably work either as it took maybe 3 restarts before it started working (without editing anything in program at all, just opening a saved file and trying to export).
I'm using a mac, OS High Sierra 10.13.4
In terms of anything in program that might be causing this, no text editing for me, just move tools, paint bucket, brush and eraser, and the files are no bigger than 5MB.
What helped for me was to disable the Creative Cloud syncing from the Creative Cloud app (it might not be running, but the setting still influences Photoshop behaviour).
I just updated Photoshop from the Adobe site. I am using a very small file. Windows 10 on a PC. Nothing happens when I use quick export. No dialogue box appears when I try Export As.

From YouTube, I learned that you need to enable a plug-in. Go to Edit / Preferences / Plug-Ins. Check "Load Extension Panels." Uncheck "Allow Extensions to Connect to the Internet."
I'm using a totally different computer and creative cloud account and I'm still having the same issue.
Changing the plug-ins preferences doesn't work. Has anyone else found any fixes for this?
