Importing video problem | Only Imports Audio

When I import my videos on the software, it only imports the audio.

I have been using Premiere Pro CC for several years, but this problem appeared some months ago I don't know why.

I cleared the cache and also I reinstall the software

Help please!

Future versions of Premiere Pro will no longer support Quicktime 7 era formats and codecs

Hi! I have the same problem. I have been trying to import some mp4 and AVI files and Premiere shows them in green and violet, all distorsioned.

Please, I need help to solve this.
