Does anyone have an email address for customer support? I have been on hold for 25 minutes, I cancelled my membership last month, I was charged the additional cancellation fee and received an email verifying my account was cancelled and I was just billed AGAIN! I need to talk to someone to be reimbursed and make sure that my account is in fact cancelled and they will no longer charge my card.
Hello, this is BS when trying to cancel a membership. I just called the 1.800 number there are no operators available during the weekend. Call to speak with someone to verbally cancel, get what you want before you get a little testy bc you'l be dealing with foreigners, ok. Best of luck to you, and speak with your bank about refunding those charges bc you are ot able to reach a human, ok
