Hi i have resolved the issue on my side my ISP provided me with the following options

The section which u must enter your site URL

Try the following this is an example  http:your site.com Or HTTPS:your site.com or your site.com

After trying those I noticed when I entered mysite.com without http or https the error stoped . Try it out it might work

I have the same issue - I've just updated a website (which hasn't had a problem before) and this error message came up:

"PHP mail may be disabled or incorrectly configured on the web server. Submitted forms may fail to send email. Contact your hosting provider or website administrator about proper PHP mail configuration."

Could this be a result of the latest upgrade?

It's not the hosting provider as I have not had a problem with the host before.
