Hi,
I was just editing a video with a 'flowing' river, which I created by the way by using the Corner Pin tool. Everything looks normal in After Effects.
But when I wanted to export my video in Media Encoder, some really weird colors showed up over my 'flowing river' ..
And also when I play the video on my computer (via Windows Media Player, VLC or Quicktime etc.) the colors still remain yellow/magenta/green/blue ..
How can I get rid of this?

Hi novitas,
Sorry for your issue and thanks for providing the screenshots!
As a test, render from After Effects directly and see if you get the same result.
The media that you have used for the river - does that contain an Alpha channel?
Try purging memory, disk cache, and media cache files.
Let us know if that helps.

Rendering from After Effects directly was the solution for me!
Thanks a lot.

It looks like your water footage was replaced with AE's Missing Footage placeholder, a Colorbar image.
When you have time, can you try to reproduce this issue; using the same workflow?
