How do I get my video in captivate not to show cloudy?

I have several MP4 videos I have put into my captivate training but this one when played shows cloudy or somewhat transparent. Does anyone know what I need to do so it looks normal? This is a picture of what it looks like in my training, the sound is fine and it plays but you can barely see the video.

So I did not have a effect on the video but it got me thinking and I had fade in and out on the video, so I changed it to No transition and it cleared it up. Thank you. 🙂

I would check to see if I might  have added an alpha or fade effect on my video. Check in your timeline.
