Hey gang.
I have encountered issues with the latest version of Photoshop.
1) Pasting from another app no longer gives the paste options (as pixels, as smart object, etc). It just automatically pastes as a vector object.
2) At times the layer mask doesn't erase pixels completely and there is a "ghost" image.
At first I thought it was the latest High Sierra update, but yesterday I downgraded to El Capitan and the issue still persists.

Have you reset Prefs?
