"document and markings"

I want to print ALWAYS in "document and markings", but after i close Acrobat Pro DC, the setting is Always back to "document" only.

How can i force to print "with markings" Always ?

You can't force it, but once you set (and use) it, it should remain selected.

What's your version of Acrobat and OS?

That's strange. It should work fine... Are you printing it by going to File - Print (or clicking the Print icon on that toolbar)?

Try running a Repair Installation from the Help menu.
