I want to listen to BBC. Yesterday for the first time in 10 years I was told that i needed Flashpayer. I followed instructions but on going back to BBC was told I still needed to download it or to do Add Ons?? What do I do?

Most browsers disable Flash by default, forcing users to enable it, usually on a per-site basis.  See Flash Player Help for links to instructions on enabling Flash in each browser.
