When I open a file from my client, it's all in greyscale, but I can see the art barely in white. How do I remove it so I can see it clearly like in Illustrator?

Could you please post a screenshot taken at View > 100% and with the pertinent Panels (Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible?
