Hi, I keep getting a message that says that my scratch disk is full and it will not let me do any actions etc.  What do I need to do to fix this.  Thanks in advance.

HEllo, you do need to have a disk with a lot of room, check if there is no leftover temp file. If you do have a larger disk, and Ps does not want to open, hold down CMD(MAC)/CTRL(PC)+ALT as Photoshop starts to select another scratch disk.

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Also, if this happens when you are trying to crop an image, make sure that you are using the correct unit. a 4K INCHES image can be huge... 😉
