Media Encoder CC Update Incompatibility

I installed the latest version of Media Encoder CC (12.1.1). As a result my imported presets no longer work.

Format: QuickTime

Preset: ProRes 30fps

Preset error

Incompatible Video Codec found in the preset. Preset load failed.

PC Specs

Windows 10 Pro

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 1700X 3.39GHz

Ram: 32Gb

System type: 64bit

I hope someone can help as i need to get this working.

Sorry for the trouble. It could be an issue with the dropped support of Quick Time 7 era codecs in the latest version, which should not be the case. Dropped support for QuickTime 7 era formats and codecs

What is the source of the presets? Please share a screenshot.
