Try printing the PDF as an image and see if this brings any difference, to print the PDF as an Image, please refer to Print PDF as image | Adobe Acrobat, Reader
Also, from the Print dialog box, under Comments and Forms, from the drop-down, select the options and try printing and see if the PDFs are still printing blank.
Check for the latest updates of Acrobat from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after installing the updates.
Make sure that you have the latest updates for Printer installed. Is it specific to one PDF file or with all the PDF files? Is it possible to share a sample file which is printing blank?
