File opened in RAW does not match the color of the file when it is in photoshop.

When I open a RAW file either in Bridge or in Photoshop the color is extremely inaccurate compared to when the file is open in Photoshop.  The Bridge and RAW file processing screens seem to be ignoring the monitor calibration and using so unrelated color profile.  I am using Colormunki to create custom icc profiles.

This is only on the latest update with Adobe's newest options of color management profiles (portrait, vivid, etc.)

It turns out that the update did not download correctly.  Reinstalling it corrected the issue.  That is why no setting changes would work.
