I took a subscription to pdf converter but, when my computer died and I replaced it, the subscription disappeared. How do I redownload it? (or find it?)
Adobe has gone mad. They must have fired all the people and installed just very dumb AI machines. I can't get an answer to a very simple question: How do i find, or redownload, my pdf converter subscription?
Look in your account details on http://www.adobe.com. If you have a valid subscription it will be shown. Also the product name (there isn't anything called pdf converter, and the choices have very different answers).
