How to remove rollover mouse from state button

When mouse is over the state button, background changes to black. How to remove this behaviour?

Look, which element in the state button (I guess, it is the state button itself) causes changing to black on rollover and set the intended colour instead.

It might be the case, that you are dealing with 2 images: One is set to „opacity: 0%“ in normal state and „opacity: 100 % in rollover, the other one is defined in the opposite way.
