mts video format. The video is 29 minutes, but the video on the Adobe floor is 39 minutes. Some parts of the video are freezing. Please help me

Have you tried rendering the video? While it’s in the timeline press return or enter and see if it needs to build render files. if it does please let it complete the render process. Hopefully this will fix the reeling problem and the timing issue can be investigated from there.
