I'm wondering if anyone is aware of a person or company that does remort support for Adobe products specifically PP.
I know Adobe support do this but I've had little or no success in the past using them. My most recent problem relates to servers. Adobe suggested I use the local drive on my PC. Obviously, this isn't possible so I'm stumped. PP crashes constantly on import/export/saving projects etc... its a nightmare! I used the same server system on my mac for nearly a year with no issues.
I don't mind troubleshooting I accept its part of the Job but recently, I have hit a wall with several issues relating to the 2018 updates.
It would be hugely helpful if I could pay someone to remote into my PC and work the problems.
Can you please provide details of your workflow ?
