When the product in Windows 8.1 comes up, it says I have a update to be installed. However, when I tell it to download and install the update, it tells I am not connected to the Internet which I am.
I am confused because I though this product was discontinued for Windows operating systems. Yet it is telling me I have an update and it appears to be an update newer than the one I am running.
Why is this happening?
