Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
https://www.adobe.com/account.html for subscriptions on your Adobe page
If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?
Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums. There seems to be an issue with the payment for the subscription under this ID. I would request you to kindly get in touch with support for help. Please use this link to contact support: Contact Customer Care.
