Digital Signature

Hello,

I have been using the "Place Signature" feature under Fill & Sign to sign pdf documents.  Now, when I hit "Place Signature" it is taking me to a digital id window. I want to change my settings back to allow me to place a signature instead of the digital id.

Hi Samanthar,

Fill & Sign tool shouldn't give you the option to apply digital signature, unless you don't select the "Certificates Signature" and then Digital Signature to sign a document.

I assume you have followed the exact steps suggested in the help document here- Fill and sign PDF forms using Adobe Acrobat Fill & Sign

Please help us with the exact steps or a screenshot of the steps  you follow to place a signature to the document to figure out where exactly its going wrong.

I read about Samantha's problem, and see I want exactly this, to find the link to the digital id window, which somehow I do not get. I understand from Akanchha's kind reply that I have to selecct the "Certificates Signature" and then Digital Signature to sign a document. Thanks a lot for this useful advice, which I am going to try now.
