    PP telling me that my subscription has ended

      Periodically PP tells me that my subscription has ended and i can't get into it.  This is particularly annoying as I have paid my monthly subs and it usually happens when I need to do a fast edit for TV.  There doesn't seem to be anyone at PP to contact about this and I'm going round in circles trying to find a contact number.  Has anyone else had this problem.  I'm ready to change editing software because I've lost work over this.
