    I haven't received my refund

      I have an email confirming the cancelation of my account on February 7th.  I was still charged on the 8th and that's why I called to get my refund.  I was told I would receive my refund and I still have yet to receive it.  This has taken way too long.  Can I please get the refund I was told I would get.
