    Unable to Render

I have Adobe Premiere 2018, and am unable to render my project. The clips are a mix of mov. files from the Black Magic Pocket Camera, and Mpeg 2. clips from a Samsung Cell phone. When I attempt to render I get the error message: Low Level Exception, Error Code 5, Importer Mpeg or type of importer, and when I try to change the setting, I am unable to change the rendering options, the tab is grayed out, and can't be change. How is this corrected?

clean media cache, after that delete all 'video previews' and 'audio previews' (something might be stuck there)

are you able to export ? you don't need to render before just hit export and check if it exports,

and check on both premiere and media encoder
