I am still having issues importing some .mov files. It is only importing audio.
Mac OSX 10.13.6
I am trying to import .MOV files with a DV codec. Some of these files will import both video and audio while the bulk of them will only import audio. The files that DO import both video and audio tend to be shorter in length, usually under a minute. Anything over a couple minutes in length will not import any audio.
When looking at the imported item properties in premiere it says that there is a video channel, but there are 0 frames.
This has been a continued problem for months it seems like and you have still not fixed this, how long will it take for this problem to finally be fixed?
