          Hello Thaya -

How do you envision using RoboHelp with Citrix?

i am sorry i didnt understand your question. We connect to citrix client and access all the applications/tools [for eg: MS word, excel,...] from the client. Now in our project we need to use RoboHelp to create help document. For that we need to install RoboHelp in our citrix server so that we can use it. Please let me know if i answer your question.

              Hello Thaya -

You may be able to configure the Citrix and Host boxes to install RH but be aware that you will need to set some special permissions in Citrix as RoboHelp writes to the Master Boot Record of the Host (installed) workstation and MUST be able to read the MBR in order to work. Also note that RH is licensed per seat.

So, you might be able to do it but I think using the Citrix GoToMyPC product is a better solution.
