Hallo,

Ik heb een indesign doc. gemaakt maar wanneer ik op publish online klik, krijg ik een melding dat er een fout is met mijn abonnement/ dienst.

Zo ver ik weet is de Publish Online functie gewoon beschikbaar bij gebruik van een betaalde Indesign app, voor een maand.

Waarom kan ik de PublishOnline functie niet toepassen?

Hi,

Can you confirm which version of InDesign and OS you are using?

Can you also confirm that you have used an Adobe ID to install InDesign through the Creative Cloud application and if this is a trial or paid version?

Also, I don't think that the Publish Online service may be available (or may be turned off by your administrator) if your a Creative Cloud Enterprise customer.

You should also go to the Creative Cloud desktop app and log out and log in again with your Adobe ID if you're having problems.

Tried it,

But...

Loged out of the desktop app, but instead of the icon turning grey, it finished totally from the menu bar.

I can not log in now, through the desktop app....

You may need to re-install your Adobe Desktop app. You can download it here:

Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe Creative Cloud trial

You shouldn't have to reinstall InDesign or your other CC apps.

Shut off Indesign and re installed the desktop app.

Opened Indesign through the desktop app, but Publish Online button still gives the same #126 failure notification...

Hello,

This is a paid version. Am not sure I used my Adobe ID to Install CC application- due to log in problems at that specific time (I do have an Adobe ID) with probably is the case. I remember buying it straight from the Adobe website.

The failure message I get is #126- failure with subscription.
