Is it possible to add multiple text inside the Basic title.mogrt programatically(using API)?

I have attached a screenshot of Basic Title.mogrt(template provided by Premiere Pro) and .mogrt that we need to create from the template.In the Basic Title.mogrt there is only one text.

We need multiple text in the template. Is it possible to add multiple text to that template programmatically (using API)?

If there is only one text field in the .mogrt, then there will only be one text field available for manipulation, via API.
