Hi Adobe Community,

I tried searching online and the forums but I could not seem to find a solution to my issue.

I recently reinstalled Premier Pro 2018 to my Macbook Pro 2012 (SSD + 16gb RAM) running on High Sierra and suddenly it started to stop functioning properly.

When I bring in a clip, it starts to skip and lag (even after I render it).

Whenever I try three finger swipe and switch to another screen/desktop, I lose Audio Playback.

I've used Premier about 9 months ago running on an older OS and it worked perfectly. I tried:

     - updating to HighSierra

     - restarting

     - reinstalling

But still nothing. If anyone knows the fix to this I would really appreciate it!

Thank you very much!!
