Get movie clip to allow user input on rollover

    brostd
On my video player I have a search box that I want to come up after a user either rolls over a certain part of the player or at the end of the video. The problem I am having is that when I set up the rollover and rollout that when I try and put my mouse in the text field it thinks that I am rolling out. What can I do to get this to work?

you could use an if-statement in your player roll-out to check if the mouse if over the textfield.

your next problem is triggering the roll-out when the mouse rolls-out the textfield. if the mouse rolling-out of the textfield rolls-over the player, then disable the player roll-over and roll-out when the mouse rolls-over the textfield and re-enable the player roll-out when you leave the textfield and re-enable the player rollover when the mouse rolls-out of the player and doesn't roll-over the textfield.
