Context Sentsitive Help markers

My TopicAlias markers are at the beginning of the para's, I am bringing FM8 files into RH7 by reference with the integration features in TCS 1.3. All is good, but my CSH markers are losing the text from FM, making them merely a chrono ordered list of CSH markers.

They also are not automatically updated in my map file.

If I add another marker in FM, my list re-orders, and thus my map file is no good.

Has anyone had luck with CSH markers from FM into RH?
