One way is to use a powered photography turntable, set up for keying (ex: painted chroma key green) with chroma key green background behind and beneath that turntable - like this one:
and shoot the product full screen rotating. You will need to light it very carefully depending on the reflectivity of the product. You'll want to avoid any green spill onto the product itself.
Depending on the quality of key you can pull you may need to take the clip into After Effects to help clean up the image.
Once you have a good key pulled, you can position it anywhere on screen and jump the turning motion (as in your example) via editing.
