A little over a month ago we were running Adobe Pro 11.0.20. Everything was running smooth then suddenly my users started getting prompted for sharepoint credentials when opening a PDF from sharepoint or from a document library in windows file explorer. Whether the user enters their credentials or not the document still opens. I have some users who open 100+ documents a day and they cant be burdened with this pop up on every document opened.
I tried upgrading to 11.0.23 with no difference.
How can we get this to stop.
