I see that you have purchased the Adobe Acrobat DC subscription recently. It takes some time to activate the services.
I have checked your account and the service is active.
Please let us know if you are still experiencing issue in using the Adobe Acrobat DC.
Make sure that you have installed the right application i.e. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC not Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
If you have not installed the application, you can install it from here Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC | Non-subscription
If you still experience any issue, feel free to update the thread.
Although I have downloaded it and got it to work, I am totally unsatisfied with the result so please cancel my monthly subscription.
