Imported video magnetized

Hi hope anyone can help me, i use premiere pro cc 2018 but everytime i imported a video, these looks like magnetized even in the preview in media browser and in the timeline, whit images sames happen, i tried with color correction, with defiinition 720, 1080, photograms, extensions of the video but nothing changes, same happen with the ones that i downloaded from youtube, facebook, etc... sames results looks like this, the final video exported look exactly like the images, thanks for your help!

Sorry for the trouble. It seems like an issue with in-built Intel GPU driver. Please try the steps recommended in this thread: Green and Pink Video in Premiere Pro 12.0.1 (Build 69)
