Play button not working

When i press the play butto to reproduce the timeline nothing happens, i tried with a differents video formats and nothing happens, i reinstall premire like 3 times and it doesnt fix the problem. any solution?

Sorry for the trouble. Is this happening with all projects?

Just for a test, change the renderer & try playback. Steps: FAQ: How to change the Video Renderer in Premiere Pro?

Have you updated the GPU drivers to the latest version: Update the graphics driver | Windows 8, 7, Vista

Also, share a screenshot of Premiere Pro Preferences > Audio Hardware.

I just installed Premiere Pro and I'm having the exact same issue.  I can scrub through footage, but the play button does nothing.  I've tried all of the tips online and de-installed/re-installed Premiere.  Still nothing.
