Hi, everybody! Prompt in what there can be a problem. The Creative cloud files on the stationary personal computer are synchronized well, and on the laptop there is no synchronization or there is an infinite loading., It seems, I have already tried all methods. Maybe someone from you had a similar problem?

Hi,
Thanks for reporting the issue.
Would you be able to collect and upload log files from your system?
Here is a link to an article about the tool with a link to download it.
The tool will create a zip file on the desktop of all the log files. Please could you send us your logs (punaggar@adobe.com) using the tool.
Engineering may have some additional questions but this will help us get started.
Thanks,
Puneet Aggarwal

I have made everything as you asked
One more nuance. When I add new files to a cloud on the laptop, synchronization begins, loads several megabyte and then infinite loading begins.
I tried your many ways of a solution. I cleaned the hosts file, I switched off a firewall and an antivirus and other ways. Shows a mistake that there is no connection to the server or there is no connection to the Internet
