Trouble with CSS Dropdown Menu over Flash with XML Image Calls

I'm not all that great with flash, and what I'm doing is fairly simple but for some reason I just can't seem to get it to work right, and can't find the answer I'm looking for.

I have a couple CSS dropdown menus in my navigation, which is directly above a flash player that uses XML to call different images.

The solution I've found was to make the window mode be transparent... and you can see if you hover over either the Products/Services/About Us/Sustainability sections that it works... but only during the transition fade between images. When the images themselves are shown, they sit above the menu.

My thinking is that the flash itself sits behind the menus, but when the images are called upon they raise up above the menus.

Does anyone know the solution? This is driving me nuts
