Probleme de PC

Suite a un refus de demarrage de mon PC celui ci a été entierement reconfiguré apres une sauvegarde sur un disque dur externe

J'avais acheté LR 6 et l'utilisait regulierement

Je n'ai plus rien maintenant Est il possible de recuperer cette version dont j'ai gardé le code et la date de commande

Which error messsage do you get?  It seems that you maximum number of activations is reached.

You have to contact the Adobe support. Only the support guys can delete the activations.

I have no LR6 in my PC due to a complete reconfiguration

I bought it as below

Votre numéro de commande : xxxx

Date de la commande : xxxx

IS it possible to recover it ?

If you have brought LR6 you must have a serial number.

bought Adobe Photoshop Lightroom

the 27 april 2016  with serial number 1160-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx  [Moderator: serial number deleted]

version 60

I want to download it again on the same computer due to the fact I have

lost all my datas and my computer have been completely cleaned and

windows 10 have been reinstalled

What is the way to dowload LR6 again

As I wrote in my previous post you can download the installation files here:

English: Download Photoshop Lightroom

French: Télécharger Photoshop Lightroom

first download the file for the full version and the the update to version 6.14. Then install the full version first and then the update.
