I have a few installations of Adobe X Standard that have started experiencing an issue when printing a web page to Adobe PDF where the AcroTray32 program "Creating Adobe PDF" dialog box will not display 100% complete and close when the printing is done when printing from IE 11. The printing does complete but the box does not close. Subsequent prints will print but the box needs to be closed manually. When trying the same task from Edge, the dialog box will open but does not display any percentage of completion and the file actually will not print to PDF. I have not tried in in Chrome yet.
As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to print a web page to a pdf, is that correct?
Could you let us know dot version of Acrobat and the operating system installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
Also, check if an update is available for Acrobat using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, reboot the machine after installing update and try again. You may also download updates from here: Adobe software and product updates
