I have been having fx added as soon as I import clips in premiere pro even though I never added any fx sometimes its different effects for different clips.
When I import those same clips in After Effects the clips are not effected by the added fx in premiere. I just want to edit these clip I don't want fx in them.
There any way to fix this? Maybe a reset?

Maybe a reset?
Try resetting the preferences:
FAQ: How to reset preferences in Premiere Pro?
If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
- Do one of the following:
- Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
- Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:
If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.
