Only getting one frame of a 30 minute video

So I recently had some computer trouble and had to reset my computer. After getting Windows and everything installed I installed Premiere and went to start editing my video and when I import the video I only get the very first frame. Now I'm no expert with this stuff so I'm very confused and kinda frustrated cause I've been looking all over and can't seem to find the problem anywhere else. Now the video (it's in MP4 format) works in Windows Media Player and plays the whole thing but when I import  it into premiere it only gives one frame. I could really use some help because I'm very confused.

      Thanks in advance.

I'm using the latest version of Premiere Pro CC Just so you know.
